Links & Events 2008 _____________________ Merseyventure Open Challenge Series 2008 Event 6 - Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge Date: Saturday 2nd August 2008 (provisional date) Cost: Individual Entry - £30 per person Team Entry - £100 per team of 4 Start anytime between 7am and 8am from the Pen-Y-Ghent Cafe. Entry Fee includes: Qualified marshals at various checkpoints en-route Water and drinks stations at three checkpoints Three retirement checkpoints with return transport Basic route map and description (bring your own detailed maps) Sport Ident electronic timing system Print-out of your times at the finish Bowl of soup and hot drink at the finish Pay just one entry fee - raise funds for the charity or good cause of your choice..! We suggest you travel to Horton-In-Ribblesdale on Friday, stay at a local B&B or camp, start the challenge first thing Saturday morning, then have a few celebratory drinks Saturday evening, B&B or camp again, before travelling home on Sunday.
